1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT: The purpose of this contract is to regulate relations between the agency and the customer, once the latter has materialized his reservation request by a reservation form.
2. CLIENT’S DECLARATION:
2.1 The customer declares and warrants that all contact details on the booking form are authentic and accurate.
2.2 He declares that he has read the conditions of the trip, that he accepts them and undertakes to pay all the services ordered.
3. DECLARATION OF THE AGENCY:
3.1 The Agency represents and warrants that it is licensed and in all respects authorized and regulated by the laws in force in Mongolia to sell trips.
3.2 The agency declares and warrants that all services contained in the booking form will be honored in accordance with the rules of the profession.
4. PRICES PRACTICED:
4.1 The prices contained in the program generally include, unless explicitly agreed otherwise explicitly: Land transport including transfers, assistance and reception, accommodation and meals (except special mention), visits and excursions according to program.
4.2 Are not included in these prices: drinks and extra, all personal expenses, visits and optional excursions.
4.3 The terms of payment are those provided for in paragraph 5 “Registration conditions and payment methods” or, where applicable, explicitly agreed between the agency and the client.
5. CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION AND TERMS OF PAYMENT:
5.1 Any registration must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit representing 30% of the total price of the package, the settlement of the remaining balance no later than five (05) weeks before departure. The confirmation is effective only after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price of the circuit. The rest of the amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the day of departure. The customer is advised to confirm his arrival at least 60 to 120 days before the date of his trip to Mongolia. Payment must be made by bank transfer to the details that will be communicated to the customer. The transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
This only applies to group travel
If you have been through our agency to register in group travel you are not obliged to follow the above rules. Whatever the total price of the circuit we do not neglect the 30% so you must pay 200 Euros per person to validate the registration.

Bank charges (of the order of 10-30 €, depending on the banks) are the responsibility of the customer.
5.3 In the event of registration made less than three (03) Weeks before departure, the regulation concerns the entire service.
6. MODIFICATION:
6.1 Due to the organizer: Should the organizer be obliged to modify all or part of the planned program either for reasons beyond his control or for reasons related to the safety of the client, the organizer agency will take care of the difference of price compared to the initial price if this is at the disadvantage of the customer or, if necessary, will refund the overpayment if the difference in price is to the advantage of the customer. In no case can he claim damages.
6.2 Any modification requested by the customer intervening less than thirty (30) days before the departure entails fifty (50) Euros of expenses of file per person, independently of the tariff modifications induced by the change of program.
7. CANCELLATION:
7.1 Due to the organizer: In the event that the organizer is obliged to cancel all or part of the planned program either for reasons beyond his control, or for reasons related to security du client, ce dernier beneficiary du reimbursement integral des somas verses au titer des parties annulus. 7.2 Du fait du client : En cas d’annulation par le client moins de 30 jours avant le départ du circuit, 1/3 de son acompte, soit 10% du prix total, sera retenu. En cas d’annulation moins de 15 jours avant le départ du circuit, la totalité de l’acompte sera retenue. En cas de force majeure expectant le derailment du circuit, dement justified by the customer, the agency agrees to retain only fifty (50) Euros cancellation fee, even if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the departure of the circuit.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES:
8.1 RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AGENCY: Acting as an intermediary between the clients on the one hand and the service providers, is the carriers and hoteliers on the other hand, the agency will be held responsible vis-à-vis towards the customer accidents and damages occurring during the trips it organize. The agency cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure (strike, delays, technical incidents, climatic conditions …). All information relating to prices, itineraries, schedules and all information given by the agency are provided for information only and do not constitute a commitment on the part of the organizer who reserves, if the circumstances there require, the right to modify or even cancel programs or itineraries and to substitute a means of transport or a hotel for the one originally planned. (See paragraphes 6 “modification” and 7 “cancellassions”).
8.2-CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he fulfills all the conditions stipulated by local and international regulations to carry out the journey and that he has the necessary documents (visa, updated passport, vaccination, insurance, etc.). The agency cannot be held responsible for the consequences resulting from the breach by the customer of the rules in force in Mongolia, both for customs formalities, police and immigration regulations, and for other local particularities. When the customer’s responsibility is engaged in the modification or cancellation of the circuit, for example if he does not show up at the places and times indicated on the program or if he is unable to produce the necessary documents for the completion of the circuit, the conditions set out in paragraphs 6 “modification” and 7 “cancellation” apply.
9. INSURANCE:
9.1- The agency will insure on behalf of the customer liability insurance. The costs of this insurance are included in the amount of the service to be provided.
9.2-The client immediately informs the agency of any incident that occurred during the trip, even if it would not result in any apparent damage.
9.3 The customer declares to benefit from international repatriation insurance subscribed in his country.
10. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES:
Any dispute arising from the application of this contract will be settled amicably, or failing that, brought before the competent courts of Mongolia.
